HP Jetdirect Print Servers - Updated Firmware Available for the HP Jetdirect 310X

J6038A 310x External USB Print Server - Q.24.09 firmware availableback to table of contents

The Q.24.09 firmware release strengthens the security measures of the firmware to help prevent unauthorized access and/or tampering to the 310X J6038A product. The fix is necessary only for the Q.24.06 firmware as other firmware versions and products are not affected. HP recommends that this fix be implemented by all users as soon as practical.

Click here to download the HP Download Manager to upgrade Jetdirect firmware. Firmware can also be upgraded using HP Web Jetadmin, the Jetdirect Embedded Web Server, and using FTP. More information about these methods is available on the HP Web site.
