Various bug fixes since 1.4.2.

Security: CVE-2011-0419
Reimplement apr_fnmatch() from scratch using a non-recursive
algorithm; now has improved compliance with the fnmatch() spec.

Note: 1.4.3 was never officially released.

Release -2 should fix top_builddir problem from -1.

Fix CVE-2011-1928 introduced in 1.4.4.
