Is the plan to only blacklist based on the serial number, or is there longer-term plan to look at other info (issuer CN) too to avoid false possible false positives?

change 4d67ecf8a40ad0669c269091a6e15b157b4090a6 is in master branch only; the others are in 4.7 as well.
