We would just like to remind customers that as of the 26th of February 2012, JIRA 4.0.x will no longer be supported by Atlassian. You can see the End of Life information for all products, including JIRA, on this page.

For those still in maintenance you have a free upgrade to the lastest release - JIRA 5.0, which includes some exciting new features.
