FEDORA-2014-2999
2014-02-24 11:22:17
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : perl-CGI-Application
Product : Fedora 20
Version : 4.50
Release : 9.fc20
URL : http://search.cpan.org/dist/CGI-Application/
Summary : Framework for building reusable web-applications
Description :
CGI::Application is an Object-Oriented Perl module which implements an
Abstract Class. It is not intended that this package be instantiated
directly. Instead, it is intended that your Application Module will be
implemented as a Sub-Class of CGI::Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
CGI::Application suffers from a flaw where, in certain cases, it would unexpectedly dump a complete set of web query data and server environment information as an error page. This could allow unintended disclosure of sensitive information.
This update patches CGI::Application to no longer do so.
