0.9.3 security update

0.9.3 is available in two separate downloads.

Updated files only
I've included a download of only the updated files for those needing to upgrade from 0.9.2.

This update plugs a couple of vulnerabilities and updates the phpFlickr package to include all the needed PEAR libs by default.

it is advised you upgrade your current installation immediately.
